Dead Man

This Jim Jarmusch film from 1995 not only revolves around a strange tale of the life of a very eccentric Native American, "Nobody," it also stars several actors with Native heritage in various roles (not all of them actually Native characters).  Along with Gary Farmer, who plays Nobody and is Cayuga, it also stars Johnny Depp, as "William Blake," who has Tsalagi (Cherokee) & Dineh (Navajo) heritage.  In bit roles are Billy Bob Thornton, who is part Choctaw, and Cree actresses Michelle Thrush as Nobody's Girlfriend (in fact, some of the lines in the film are in the Cree language).
