This is probably the ultimate Christmas in July title out there. It was actually a summer action film in 1988, with a release date of July 15. It is also probably the ultimate in hurt feet films. John McClaine's (Bruce Willis) feet are hamburger by the end of the film, well most of him is, but his feet take protracted and extreme punishment to the point that he pauses to pull the shards of glass out in a really serious close-up shot.....by the time he manages to crawl into the bathroom, there is a trail of "feet blood" smeared behind him. Sorry este (Mom)! Had to do it!
